Together, we’ll work out a menu and drinks to suit you, the occasion and your budget. We’ll agree on the practical details beforehand, so you can settle in and enjoy time with your guests.

A gathering with a story behind every ingredient.
Casper grew up at Østergaard in Vendsyssel, where his parents, Carsten and Annette, run Graverens Grøntsager. Vegetables in the soil, tomatoes in the greenhouse and free-range pigs in the fields. This is where much of Grim’s story begins.
We bring that connection to the table, including when you gather your guests. The menu follows what the season and the farm have to offer. Ingredients with a place and people behind them, prepared with care.

Exposed brick, wooden tables and an open kitchen. At Grim, the food is ambitious and the atmosphere is down to earth. There is room to raise a glass, laugh and let the conversation carry on between courses.
